1/3 English cucumber
24 green olives
1 cara cara orange
4 grams of fiber so I need to bump up the fiber in my next meal.
Okay, so like a zillion women out there, I'm trying to work on becoming a healthier person through diet, exercise, and a positive self-image. For me, it's all about the journey (and the chocolate-chip cookies along the way!) so join me as I explore what lies around the next corner. Hopefully it won't be deep-fried, baked and sweet, or loaded with cheese!
